Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for delivery?
There is no minimum for yard collection. For delivery our trucks are economical from roughly 1m³, but call us anyway. We consolidate smaller orders onto existing regional runs every day.
How fast can you deliver?
Stock lines ordered before noon are typically on site the next business day. Large or uncommon sections usually ship within 48 to 72 hours. Your quote confirms the exact date.
Can you cut timber to my specifications?
Yes. Cross cutting, ripping and planing to your cutting list, all on site. Send drawings or a spreadsheet and we quote it line by line. Cutting tolerance is ±2mm unless otherwise specified.
Which grading standards do you work to?
Structural stock is graded to SANS 10005 and SABS requirements, with FSC® and PEFC chain of custody certification available on request. Certificates travel with the delivery note.
Do you supply treated timber for exterior use?
We stock CCA and ACQ treated pine in H2 to H5 hazard classes for exterior and in ground use, plus naturally durable hardwoods for premium exterior work.
